Delivery
We strive to entrust our packages to trusted carriers, in order to guarantee quality delivery to our customers.
We deliver to our customers mainly by Chronopost at home or to a relay point of your choice.
Delivery delay
Orders placed (in mainland France excluding Corsica) on our e-shop are usually delivered within 3 working days after confirmation of your order by e-mail from us.
Corsica customers will be delivered in 4-5 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email from our carrier once the package has been shipped. This email will contain all the information and tools necessary for the successful receipt of your package (tracking, change of date, delivery address, etc.)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during office hours.
Delivery options and costs
All orders placed in Metropolitan France over €80.00 are exempt from shipping costs for standard delivery, you can choose between home delivery or to a relay point of your choice.
For orders below €80.00, a shipping cost of €5.00 applies to your order.
Delivery areas
Standard express delivery is only available in Metropolitan France (+ Monaco). All other destinations are subject to additional charges.
Switzerland + United Kingdom + Nearby Europe: €12.90 (order under €80.00) and Free (order over €80.00)
Far Europe: €15.00 (order less than €80.00) and €15.00 (order greater than €80.00)
America (North + Center + South): €25.00 (order less than €80.00) and €11.90 (order greater than €80.00)
Africa + Middle East: €30.00 (order less than €80.00) and €15 (order greater than €80.00)
Asia + Oceania + The rest of the world: €37.00 (order less than €80.00) and €27.90 (order more than €80.00)
Tracking your order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include your tracking number. This will be viable as soon as the package is taken care of by the carrier.
You can also access this information through your account.
Canceling or changing your order
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled on site.
If after all you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you will be able to request a return once the item has been received.
