Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fees
From France: A flat fee of €5 (to cover shipping and handling costs) will be deducted from your refund. A return label will be provided by us.
From outside France: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, who must arrange the return shipment independently.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions – Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
-Personalized or custom-made items
-Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)
-Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with European regulations, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions as outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
